I had 2 ppl ahead me and took me 30 min for the coffee. While waiting in line i saw people just take the starbucks tumbler from the display shelf and no one stopped them. Employees are nice but extremely slow and distracted. Customers are rude and steal.
I waited for 10 minutes. There was only one person ahead of me in line. The store only had a single server working to make all the drinks and work the cash register. She was so busy making drinks that she couldn’t even acknowledge us while we were standing in line. I ended up just walking out and going to coffee, bean and tea leaf across the street. There’s also no place to sit down inside even though there’s room for them to put tables.

Service was great. I got my drink and quickly and the barista was as friendly. The drink was really good but the amount of ice was ridiculous. In essence I got a tall instead of the grande I ordered
