Service was great. I got my drink and quickly and the barista was as friendly. The drink was really good but the amount of ice was ridiculous. In essence I got a tall instead of the grande I ordered

I had 2 ppl ahead me and took me 30 min for the coffee. While waiting in line i saw people just take the starbucks tumbler from the display shelf and no one stopped them. Employees are nice but extremely slow and distracted. Customers are rude and steal.

I waited for 10 minutes. There was only one person ahead of me in line. The store only had a single server working to make all the drinks and work the cash register. She was so busy making drinks that she couldn’t even acknowledge us while we were standing in line. I ended up just walking out and going to coffee, bean and tea leaf across the street. There’s also no place to sit down inside even though there’s room for them to put tables.

I've never experienced such bad service. I came in and MJ had such a bad attitude she threw a cup into the ground because I changed my drink order since they didn't have much ingredients. I overheard Natalie say let's close this s**** down these customers doing too much. So I asked her to cancel my order because their service was so terrible. Starbucks please look into this, customers should not be treated this way.

The times I've been here I only like coming when my favorite barista yuliana is there. She is amazing very friendly and very attentive. She deserves the 5 stars but due to lack of employees I am giving this Starbucks 1 star because Sometimes I do feel bad that yuliana is always alone and when there's a lot of customers I noticed that the other employee don't help her they start doing something else even when she's slammed with customers. who does that if I see a coworker slammed doing the cashier and doing drinks of course you have to help them don't pretend you don't see us the customers it's common sense Sometimes I wish I can help her. Also When she's not there the other baristas make you wait more than 5 mins when they are talking among themselves or with Vons employees and don't acknowledge you. This is why I only go there when yuliana is there.Hang in there girl hope they can hire more employees that can help you out and not let you suffer!!!!

Not a great Starbucks, honestly waited forever just to load gift cards the cashier was rude and after waiting over 20 minutes in line she decided that they weren’t going to sell any more drinks because they had too many to make. It makes 0 sense. Rude and petty stick to a drive thru or any other location.
The worst Starbucks to get your order from. I was the only person in line (waiting for about ten minutes) and the workers were talking to their vons coworkers. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Then when the blond curly haired girl was taking my order she was being rude the whole time. The dude made a great drink though.

I just got starbucks here and Elika was such a wonderful barista!! She gave me great recommendations and made the drinks exceptionally fast. The area was very clean and she had a very nice attitude. Would recommend anyone come and visit! :)
