“As soon as I walked in to place my order the whole area smelled like the Best bbq Chicken that I ever smelled. The pricing was very economical to feed 5 people. As I got home to open the bag that smell filled up my kitchen. The chicken melted off the bone and the fresh tortillas were nice and warm. The beans and rice tasted just like my mom's cooking and it brought a tear to my eye. The green salsa was so fresh and tasty with the flavor hitting your pallet. I would give this place 100 stars if I could it was the best grilled chicken that I have had.“

“I make a pick up order so I don't know what the atmosphere is like but the food and service for pick up all really good. Highly recommend. I got a whole chicken and used it throughout the week for lunch and dinner. I also get their bottled dressings and salad and make wraps for lunches. I love their mashed potatoes and gravy. “As a Regular here, I’m surprised I have not reviewed this fine established yet! My family and I literally eat from this location ONCE A WEEK! It’s either via DoorDash or GrubHub who ever offers the most Discount that week ;) unless I’m in the area I’ll pick it up. Personally if it was my wish or hope I would replace them with all of Dave’s. I’m surprised they only have 2 locations. The sandwich burst with flavor and most recently Im addicted to the Burrito. “Short version: shockingly good.
Long vers: writ Feb '26. Had the Original. This is waffle folded like giant taco. Inside is crispy chicken, like a breast piece or large chicken tender. Also coleslaw inside. Drizzled over is hot honey sauce/syrup.
The slaw is excellent, not soaked in dressing. The waffle is light, fluffy, & even crispy on edges. The chicken is great, not dry, crispy, great seasoning. Whole thing is served in a cardboard V holder. Use the holder to grip the whole thing & eat like a taco. Hot honey pools in the V so don't tip it over yr silk dress , ha ha.
Whoever dreamed this thing up paid attn to the details. I even tasted a hint of coffee, in the breading I suspect. Nice texture/crunch/mouth-feel.
Upstairs is a sizable lounge area with a pool table.
Sweet tea is also good, just a hint of sweet.“

“I want to update my review because the experience I had this past Tuesday was not up to my expectations, but the way everything was handled afterward truly meant a lot to me.
Alex was great over the phone. I didn’t even have my receipt, yet he took the time to look it up, listen to my concerns, and make sure the staff knew who I was before I came back in. That already made me feel heard.
When I arrived, the General Manager, Milton, was there, and he was honestly sooooo nice. He knew my name, acknowledged the situation, and went above and beyond while I waited — he gave me two cookies and a drink, kept checking in, and made sure I was taken care of. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.
Even though I haven’t tasted the chicken wrap yet, I’m sure it’s going to be great. The customer service alone left such a positive impression. This is how a restaurant should be run.

“my experience here was great. I came close to closing on Sunday 08/11/25 and the cashier at front told me what they still had prepared. Then when he realized he was out he informed me it would be about 15 minutes while they made it fresh, which i was ok with. During that time i also witnessed the cashier handle a slow customer, and a loud but not necessarily rude customer. That cashier is a solid employee, management you'd do well to keep him. The chicken was also great. Jollibee level chicken, which i feel kfcs all over the place have been falling behind in recent years.

NOTE: It's 4 parking spaces for the whole restaurant lol“

“KFC chicken is some of the best chicken in the world. They have a $20.00 meal that will feed a family of five and have some leftovers. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes are my favorite. The customer service was great that day. The restaurant and restroom were clean. I will be more than happy to return to this store.“

That's right KFC's got television at least at this location.
Always parking available even during rush times. And don't even get me started on the service. Well it's top notch to. Dining room area is ultra clean with large Windows to look out at the traffic as it goes by while you're enjoying your chicken. Heads up drive to the window on passenger side.
Attention senior citizens it's a real quiet place to have something to eat.
And yes they have a restroom to just ask for the keys.they will immediately let you in with that being said enjoy some great chicken at a clean spot

There is no indoor seating, only outdoor; 2 tables with 4 seats and 1 table with 1 seat. 3 guys were at 1 table and a homeless man had all his stuff on the seats and on the table. I was left with 1 seat table that faces the wall. I thought I lost my seat because I had to go inside and clear up the mess with the Cole Slaw, I think I paid more because I paid for 2 sides separately. I went way out of my way to this KFC because there are not many in Santa Monica or Venice (where I came from). Everybody left and I moved to a better seat with a view of the street to finish my soda.“
