Chicken wings bomb, catfish sooo good, banana pudding yummy (should have bought one extra to go) & kool-aid to finish it off, cant go wrong.
Reminds me of a place I tried in Oregon called The Fried Spot that I've been wanting again & now I can forget that place because Best Damn Chicken tops it and its in my hometown!

“We ordered online catering from the California Chicken Cafe in Woodland Hills for a family beach day, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Ordering online was quick and easy, and I was even able to modify my order without any issues. When I arrived for pickup, Chris at the register immediately recognized that I was there for a catering order as soon as I mentioned it, which made the process fast and seamless.

The wrap boxes were a huge hit with everyone. They were fresh, well-packaged, and perfect for feeding a group at the beach.

To top it off, Vincent even sent a follow-up email afterward to make sure everything went well. That level of customer service really stood out and shows they care about their customers beyond just the sale.

“I absolutely love Zankou Chicken! The rotisserie chicken is always perfectly cooked—so delicious and incredibly crispy on the outside while staying juicy on the inside. You cannot skip their famous garlic sauce; it is pure perfection and pairs perfectly with everything. I also love their pickled turnips, which add the perfect bright, crunchy bite to the meal. “I ordered the chicken nuggets. I'm disappointed because the so-called nuggets are more like popcorn chicken since they are so darn small. You're better off just getting regular chicken since the nuggets are so small. They are definitely not the size they appear on the commercial. Ugh! Since KFC no longer sells wings, I really hoped for more. Sadly I didn't get it. ?“

“I went for the One Piece collab. Stood outside for a bit over 7hrs. The store ran out of the gift bento boxes about 2hrs into service however the manager did excellent PR the entire time, ordering an additional shipment of bento boxes and keeping the line very updated on their delivery time. I managed to get one finally and the whole time I waited the staff were unbelievably kind and caring for us in the line despite the situation very understandably potentially leading to aggression.

The whole staff was wonderful and kind, and the manager was the best I'd ever seen at any restaurant. Amazing people are working here.“
