Hello I wanted to compliment manager Jaime for his customer service and apologized mutiple times because I had order chicken pot pie with chicken wings and there was 20 minutes wait for the pie. He went beyond his scope of customer satisfaction plus giving me free order of KFC mash potatoes which is my all time favorite. Thank you again 😃

I had a great experience at this KFC location, largely thanks to Natalie. From the moment I walked up, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She anticipated everything I needed before I even had to ask.
