I got just two patties with cheese. I went back and asked for the notions and says I had to pay extra for. I got two sauce packets, lettuce and tomato in a packet then the guy brought me a packet with onions. All Al a cart. This was the first time this happened. I have had to eat off a napkin or the paper packets.“

We sat at the covered tables on the upper deck (clean and provided shade) as it was hot but a little breezy. Overall, we would stop here again, next time we are in the valley. 😊“

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. It was a gift that the error occurred as it showed us what an outstanding establishment Burger Lounge is with outstanding employees. Huge thank you to Kareem & Bella. “This is the BEST pizza I have ever had in my life. No joke. I have tried many many pizza spots (mainly because all my kids eat is pizza) and this one hands down is the best one! Good for adults and kids! Flavorful not bland like some other spots with fusion items. It's become my go to ordering spot anytime I'm hosting or have guests over too. My personal favorite pizzas are the Gobi Manchurian and the Achari paneer!!! Must have!!!“

“We liked it so much we had to go two days in a row. Service was good especially the bar staff on the patio. First day, hubby had the burger…amazing and I had the Tortilla salad…wow!! The white iced tea was refreshing. The second day we shared the crab cakes and the Lobster sliders and those can’t be beat!! The mimosas were delicious because they fresh squeeze the orange juice every morning. If we lived closer this would be a spot we would frequent! “This is a lovely cafe for lunch and/or coffee. There staff is very friendly and helpful accommodating our requests for additional salad dressing. However it closes at 3pm, at which time you can no longer refill your fountain drinks. The view and the ambiance is absolutely amazing. The outdoor seating areas are well spaced out and shaded. The Villa Burger is a good balance of gruyere cheese, beef patty, Arugula, onion jam and brioche bun. Three garlic fries are perfectly seasoned with garlic and parsley. The Market Salad with apple, quinoa and chicken is generous and well dressed with shallot vinaigrette. The prices are definitely 10-20% higher but the ambiance is worth it.“

“They turned off the music in the restaurant. It is pretty quiet, since they turned off the Muzak. Plan on spending 5-10min for indoor orders to go. Drive Thru 2-5min. EBT is currently accepted along with the normal forms of payment. I miss the background music, please bring it back :(“

Our food came out hot and fresh, and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious just like you’d expect from IHOP. The restaurant was clean, and the service made us feel really taken care of. “This place feels seedy from the outside and dated and unwelcoming when you step in. Don’t let that fool or stop you. Once you’re in and seated you realize most everyone is a regular, and the staff is warm and welcoming. And the food is seriously stellar. I had the Bullet (their original recipe since 1954), my girlfriend the Huevos Rancheros. You can taste the time and care that goes into making everything from scratch. I don’t usually go places more than once but look forward to becoming a regular here and trying more on the menu.“

And what I said before the food is always better on the weekends specifically at night. I always get helped by Gustavo and he does a good job to make sure everything’s perfect. So thanks to him and the chef too in the back. I always try to recommend this spot to people in town because it’s one of my favorite fast food places!
