I have to say, every time we come here, my kids chicken strips are extremely overcooked, almost as if they’ve been reheated from an order that was never served. Would it be possible to get a fresh batch instead? I’m not sure if it’s because the oil needs to be changed, but the chicken is consistently too burnt. Other than that, everything else is good.
