While in Santa Clarita we found Telly’s was open late and they welcomed us in! There were 4 of us. I had Philly cheese steak sandwich, my wife had a hamburger, my kids had cheese quesadilla and chicken quesadilla. Each came with french fries. It was a casual place, order at counter. There also was a bar to sit at or take drinks to the table. It was a little pricey. The service was friendly
The Belgium waffle was amazing. Eggs were bland even with salt. The bacon was almost as good as Brothers Burgers' bacon. The home fries are anything but that. More like grilled mashed potatoes. Call it what it is for cripes sake! The service was very good. When my food came and it was a little cold, they replaced it with a new plate of hot food. It felt a little crowded. I opted for the "Eggs n' Such" from Telly's Charburgers as a to-go order and was thoroughly impressed. The service was great, and the standout was undoubtedly the hashbrowns and bacon. The hashbrowns were perfectly crisped.
