Vincenzo's Pizza - Saugus is a beloved local spot that has been serving up delectable pizzas for decades. The pizzas are praised for their abundance of cheese and delicious toppings, all on a great crust that leaves customers craving more. The Veggie and pepperoni pizza are excellent, and the portions are generous. The Antipasto is also a crowd-pleaser, with plenty of cheese, meats, and veggies. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of an old-time pizza joint, making it a great place for families. While the wings and pizzas are generally well-received, some customers have had issues with the service, particularly when requesting modifications to specialty pizzas. However, many have noted that the service is accommodating, especially for larger groups. Though the food is considered satisfactory, the rude response from the staff when a customer asked to hold a topping due to an allergy left a sour taste. Overall, Vincenzo's is a reliable choice for classic pizza and Italian fare, but the service experience could use some improvement.
