Tried The Cowboy Tavern for the second time today. My first visit was for lunch and I had the French Dip. The sandwich was good and the crinkle cut fries were crispy and well seasoned. Today I tried the Corned Beef Hash breakfast. Everything came out fresh and hot and the hash was nice and crispy around the edge. Service was quick and staff is always very friendly. I'll definitely be back.
Stopped here for breakfast upon a visit to nearby Vasquez Rocks. This was a great find given the dearth of eateries in town. The meal was exceptional with generous portion size and very reasonable pricing. Service was friendly and attentive. The locals are fortunate to have this one so close to home.

Friendly service and good food. Had the buckaroo burger cause the grown up burger was too big. Warm beer and limited choice of beers. Nice atmosphere seems to blend well with the neighborhood.
