Friendly service and good food. Had the buckaroo burger cause the grown up burger was too big. Warm beer and limited choice of beers. Nice atmosphere seems to blend well with the neighborhood.

Tried The Cowboy Tavern for the second time today. My first visit was for lunch and I had the French Dip. The sandwich was good and the crinkle cut fries were crispy and well seasoned. Today I tried the Corned Beef Hash breakfast. Everything came out fresh and hot and the hash was nice and crispy around the edge. Service was quick and staff is always very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Stopped here for breakfast upon a visit to nearby Vasquez Rocks. This was a great find given the dearth of eateries in town. The meal was exceptional with generous portion size and very reasonable pricing. Service was friendly and attentive. The locals are fortunate to have this one so close to home.

The former Sweetwater Cafe, now the Cowboy Tavern... interesting place! Service was good, and the food was good, similar to a Red Robin or Applebee's. The chicken sandwich was good, and the choice of onion rings was a nice surprise. Clean decor, but it needs help to give it some "cowboy" character.

I had some time, so I decided to try the Cowboy Tavern because it looked like it was open. The entrance was a little confusing because there were 2 or 3 doors into the restaurant , and patio dining was available. The service was great. The food was pretty good. I ordered a burger and probably should have ordered breakfast. They serve American food and offer lots of variety at the Cowboy Tavern. I'd definitely come back and would recommend to anyone looking for a casual place to eat.

Great food and servers here in a relaxed country environment. Love the outdoor patio with lots of room as well as the indoor dining. My son and I frequently have breakfast as well as lunch here. Good restaurant for group dining with family and friends. Easy parking with plenty of space. Highly recommend ?

Just amazing! The staff is so friendly and the service was fast! They have these beautiful flowers on the table and it just makes the whole room come together! It's a great place to have great food and relax!

We were the first ones to open the new menus on opening day! Our favorite breakfast spot was just a block away, then that owner took over this more spacious location, made it nicer, and brought the tasty food, great staff, and expanded the menu. It's a favorite local place that we enjoy in the heart of Agua Dulce.

We had breakfast outside at the Cowboy Tavern. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was plentiful and was delicious. We enjoyed sitting outside in the patio. We have ordered cheeseburgers to go and the fries and burgers were delicious. We can't wait until they get a liquor license so we can enjoy our burger with a glass of beer.
