I at at Medrano's for the first time today. The food was fantastic & an abundance. The side salad was freshly washed, crisp, head lettuce, romain, & lots of croutons on a larger chilled desert plate topped with a delicious Italian Dressing! Yum! I also ordered a Chili Verde plate. Half had to be taken home. An Abundance of free, thin, fresh taco chips with 3 types of dip. I will be returning to try their other meals esp. the Carne Asada dinner. Solid Mexican restaurant choice in heart of Lancaster. Had a steak enchilida plate with arroz y frijoles and guacamole. I’m sure the happy hour is good here too
Not great, not terrible. Was on the hunt for some good Mexican food while in town for work. The food itself was pretty on par with what I get at home in the southeast… which was disappointing. I expected California to have better Mexican food than that.
Draft beers were served in a Margarita fish bowl glass, which made them interesting to drink. Building is old and dingy with a weird club/bar attached to it. Service was good and attentive.
