The person named as she gave me was LaRhonda. They forgot to give me the drinks I purchased. I had to ask. They also did not offer any condiments such S catsup. What happened to quality service.
My review is mainly for the young lady working the registers today . I frequent this location a lot and the service is always fine i dont expect top tier service for fast food but today i went in and waited longer than normal and couple numbers skipped ahead of me and the wait wasn't long enough to be upset but the young girl recognized that i waited longer than normal and apologized twice for the wait and added free fries without me complaining or expecting anything . Food was pretty bad, cold fries and poorly made burgers. Service was aweful, we were standing at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to take the first order.... And they knew we were there. They would take 1 order, then wait like 3 minutes to take the next, and so on. What should have been a quick order took about 20 minutes to put in 3 orders.Still no drink fountain, so you have to ask for refills. There's like 1 trash can in the whole restaurant, tables were dirty.
