Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular sandwich shop known for its great-tasting food and friendly employees. The store often sees a lot of customers, which can lead to some disorganization, but the hardworking team strives to ensure orders are completed correctly. Many customers appreciate the excellent customer service and mention the friendly atmosphere. While some have noted that prices have increased, they still recommend the fresh meats and cheese. The #13 on rosemary bread is a must-try for fans, and some staff members, like Ben and Cesar, are particularly noted for their fast and easy service. However, there have been complaints about the online ordering system, which can cause issues like resetting certain selections. Despite these problems, Jersey Mike's remains a favorite sandwich spot for many, with a focus on providing great food and service.
