“Korean/Japanese food with many options. Plenty of rice protein options. I ordered the udon and beef bulhogi bowl. Spent 22$ and it was the best udon I've had. Simple delicious and big portion. Had pickled gold beet which was a pleasant little surprise. Better udon than any Japanese restaurant I've been to. Beef bowl was flavorful, juicy, with soft warm rice and softly fresh cooked veggies. I've always wanted to come here and drove by often. Glad I finally did. This is Def a gem in palmdale. All in all the experience Def left me pink and merry. Thank you keep it up!“

“It was my first time ordering at this place and I didn't really understand the menu at first but this young lady in the back came through the front and helped me understand all the types of flavors and she even gave me recommendations! When she gave me my order, she described which flavors were which and they tasted amazing! Definitely recommend this place its super chill in here and has amazing music“

“Went to lunch here a couple days ago, absolutely love the food and the owner and cook is amazing, be patient she's managing the cooking and front end stuff but the wait is worth it. Definitely going back for that bibibamp and mandu again.“

“I am visiting family from out of town and just had dinner here for the first time with my brother and husband. I am pretty sure we got our money’s worth with all the platters of meat. The service was quick and the waitstaff were all polite and professional. The banchan bar was plentiful and fresh. I wish come back when I am back in town.“

“This teriyaki chicken bowl is always the best!!! So fresh and tender and seasoned well. Way Better than Panda Express, I stopped going to panda and started coming here to Mom’s because the quality of food and meat is top tier. Plus the servers are always so kind and nice. 10/10 experience.“

“So far I've had the soy ginger, the honey BBQ, and the lemon pepper boneless wings. I'm usually more of a bone-in kinda guy (hey yo) but these are the best boneless wings I've ever had ANYWHERE. This is becoming one of my family's go-to take-out spots when we're too lazy to cook.“
