“The best Korean stews in the entire Valley. I know there's musse and few other places sell similar foods, but as a Korean who knows all the best places for this kind of food, the traditional soups are the best here in this area.

If you want to have a decent experience with sulungtang (beef bone stew), yukgaejang (spicy beef stew with noodles), samgyetang (chicken with herbs and ginseng), hangover stew, without going to specialty places in koreatown this is your best bet.“

“This is like your Korean friends mom’s kitchen. Very homey feel. Delicious food. Everything I’ve tried has been good. Most authentic Korean food in the valley. Big fan. Their potato and cucumber banchan is next level, I wish they could let me order just those two in a big container.“

I got the spicy mayo chicken bowl and the chicken was juicy with a crispy batter. The sauce was really spicy which I loved and it went great with their house made pickles! Rice was perfectly cooked and soaked up all the sauce. I also got a side of their kimchi and it was good not as spicy as I like my kimchi but it had a good brine and crisp flavor and was a perfect combination with the spicy chicken.

Overall I will be coming back and am very happy that they’re a quick walk from my job!“

They give you the usual Korean sides and a little fried fish, you get an egg and crack it into the soup, a bowl of rice and we usually order the beef or spicy pork bulgogi. Craving satisfied! When it is really busy here, service can be a bit stretched but they lve always taken great care of us.“

But the food is always so friggin delicious, that I don't care about friendliness. It's not full service anyway, and the food comes out quickly. Parking: Parking is pretty terrible here, directly in front of the eatery. Located between a liquor store and a laundry mat and it makes finding a place to park difficult.“

“Love Jo&Go Sushi. They saved me when we first moved to LA and while the house was being remodeled.

4 years later... it's still as good as first discovered. It's a neighborhood gem inside the Korean Greenland Mrkt, which btw, is also awesome.

Must try is the salmon bowl, the salmon slices are so tender and buttery... they give you a crazy amount of salmon over the rice and seriously it's enough to have a 2nd meal! One note about the bowl... I'm not a fan of drenching really good cooked rice with sauce, so I always order without the sauce. The rice is not sushi rice which makes it even more delicious... the rice is always perfectly cooked. You get a miso soup and a cute little container of pickled radish (delish). I would love to know where they source the fish... it's like being in Japan, it's so fresh.

“I really enjoy their bbq combos, side dishes, and soybean stew. But when you're not there to get the bbq combo, they usually sit you off on the other side of the restaurant. My party and I had to wait quite a while for the waiter to take our orders when on the non grilling side. And they don't check on you once your order arrives. I ordered the bulgogi, which was pretty pricy and the portion size was really small. I'd go only got the bbq.“

I get my most frequent take out dinners here. My favorite is Galbi-Tang, its very similar to caldo de rez, but with different veggies. Their dishes have the best taste consistently that cooked by the chef/owner. My favorites are Champong, Black bean sauce noodle, Sweet and sour pork, and others.“

“I love Korean beef tofu soup and I didn’t know it’s available here at SCV. We had a pleasant dining experience here at Lee’s Korean BBQ & Tofu House. Our favorites were the spicy pork and tteokbokki. The staff (I’m assuming she’s the daughter of the owner since the place looks like family-owned and run) was kind enough to adjust the spice level to accommodate my 9-year old daughter’s spice tolerance.

I recommend getting the combo (meat + half tofu soup). My eldest daughter liked her non-spicy dumpling tofu soup. The banchan could be better though.

The space and dining area is small and quite tight, but the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

“Amazing place, this is my 2nd time here and I love this place. The food is amazing, I went to celebrate my son's graduation here they took care of every one in our party( 11 in total) is very different from other Korean BBQ Restaurants I've visit, I feel I enjoyed the food more, is a very small place but the experience make it worth the lack of ambiance.
I will definitely will be coming back.
I don't know how much is for each individual plate because I had 11 people in my party and we just ordered until everyone was satisfied but it was worth every penny.
The serves make sure you get everything you need, I ordered the marinated beef it was very juice, they lack on variety of choices but it still gives you the whole Korean bbq feel, they provide you with onions, jalapenos and garlic per request, also their salad is AMAZING. It is it not luxurious as other BBQ places.
I still find the meat on this places a much better quality than other Korean BBQ places., I will definitely be coming back.“

“Just wanted to share that Brian, our waiter was super kind. He was so present with our needs, constantly came by to check on us and even told us to get home safely after leaving. You can tell when people are on autopilot sometimes but we felt like people (there were 8 of us) and it felt like he was serving just us, even with lots of people here. I ordered the Honey Garlic and Soy Garlic wings. I thought the Honey Garlic was better. I also really liked the French fries. I'm definitely going back and can't wait to try the Secret sauce. 8 pieces is plenty for 2 people. Even as leftovers, the chicken stayed crunchy 😋“

Cute place. Food took around 15-20 minutes to be prepared as I think there were quite a few orders ahead of me. I stopped in here while my tires were getting fixed over at American Tire Depot.
