Based on the reviews, Denny’s Restaurant is a family classic with a design and colors that follow that same trend, featuring browns and reds with cushions and booths and a nice window seat. It is always open and always good to go for a simple, straight forward bite to eat that is not over the top and overpriced. The food was pretty good. Specific meals to try include the onion rings, a sampler appetizer platter, and the mac & cheese with the braised beef. For drinks, there are milkshakes, including one with real blueberries and a custom-made mint and chip milkshake, plus hot chocolate that is always kept full. The service was a pleasure. Servers like Robert O., Jazzmynne, Jennifer P., and Sally were total stars, incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They provided wonderful recommendations, kept the coffee coming, and smiled the entire time. Honorable mentions go to Clara and Mica for carrying giant trays. The wait was not long even though the restaurant was busy. One bad note was that the table was not very clean, and the busboy and hostess did not look like they were trained well.
