“Excellent!! So Good!! Hidden Gem!! I've never been to Guatemala, but I felt like I really was!! It was a real Homestyle cooking mom and Pop! These are the best garnachas I've ever had...they were huge! I thought they were gonna be street style but the flavor was so good and they were so big grande! The Champarado was so yummy too! The only place in the AV that has Guatemalan food and dishes besides the food truck in Palmdale. The owner was very nice and telling her stories about her hometown in Guatemala! Everytime I go here it makes me happy and want to dance haha, the portions are a great amount so they make sure you get full! “On our way up to Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve, stopped by this establishment for some lunch. Small, hole in the wall like place but truly the good quality meal we had in a long time. The server and chef are Japanese. The server was friendly and patient, provide with good service. Although there were no kids meal, she provided with a fork and kids plate. The meal was quite pricey based on location and portion. However, it made up on service and quality. The sashimi fish were thick and meaty. Money well spent in the middle of nowhere. Definitely stop again while driving through 14 fwy in Palmade.”
