I had to use my fingers to hold it together. Very messy. But as your CEO said, it's one tasty product.“
“I went to a McDonald's in Palm Desert with full service and refills for the fountain drinks. My experience is a 5 Star ⭐. I went to a McDonald's in Palmdale with no service. The kiosk the employee sent me to could not fulfill my order correctly and take payment. I asked the employee to help me or take my order. The employee could not help me. I took my family and walked out. I give this McDonald's a no ⭐. It was sad for me because I always ate here when visiting Palmdale.“
“If not for my kids, I wouldn't step foot in this place. Customer service has gone downhill also. I'm all for equal opportunity employers but the min required english test should be handed out at least once a month for a refresher.“
“We have a new neighborhood McDonald's on Palmdale Blvd and 17th Street East Palmdale.I drove through looking for breakfast but the menu changed for lunch.I ordered a Happy Meal for my grandson and an ice tea for myself.The service was good and the food was fresh.I will probably visit again due to the covenant location and service.“
“I mostly go to McDonald's for there Fillet Fish sandwiches. Love that warm bun and tartar sauce. The service is through the kiosk, which can be time consuming. Atmosphere is pleasant. I noticed that kids enjoy interacting with the games.
What I've noticed also when dealing with the kiosk, if you're paying cash your order is not started until the cashier comes up. I normally use a debit card at the kiosk but I happened to have enough money in my pocket. I wasn't able to deposit money through the kiosk so I had to wait for a cashier. Bad ideal when it's busy.“
