I ordered in the drive thru, the line was long and it didn't move for 15 minutes. I looked at the time when I got there. When I finally got to the speaker to order, no one welcome me. There are two lanes and two cars to can order. Neither one of us was acknowledged for about 5 minutes. Finally I heard the other car getting his order taken by a woman employee, so I was still waiting for him to finish ordering.
