“It could use a good cleaning at times. But this spot is my favorite. They always make my drinks correctly and the staff is always super nice. I go here almost everyday for my coffee. The parking can be challenging at times. It’s a bit of a squeeze.“

“I only had a $100.00 dollar bill to pay for my Grande coffee, and burrito. Vee,couldn't accept it at the time and asked if I had something smaller. I didn't. Vee said no worries I got you Paul. Without hesitation Vee put her I.D. card in the machine and paid for my burrito and coffee. It's my belief Vee is an exemplary employee. An asset to Starbucks team and a woman of valor to the Starbucks company.

“They alright. The lady in the line always be saying what's your name. I say my name, then she be like how are you. But she does not care how I am. It is a script. My name is for relational purposes. If she says "okay see you at the window nate" I am supposed to trust her more. When she says "and what else?" after every order I place it is like she knows I trust her. And she knows I will order another cheese/fruit box. "and what else" okay and a mocha frappaccininio for later. "and what else" well actually that was it but since you phrased it as an expectation and used my name which shows you're my friend then um I guess I'll get a Starbucks refresher too. The pink drink Venti please.

Okay. Um I guess I'll have to get the lemon cake, my girlfriend who is of age wants those a lot. And what else. And what else. And what else, Nate? Alright. Now I'm peeved. Whatever though. So next I go to the window, and pay and get my stuff and it's pretty good to be honest with you. Then one time i went in there with my pet (one of those dogs with the short squat look) and they said I had to take him out. But I didn't so I ordered a cup of Vento mocha frappaccininio and they let me pay and it was cool. But they always ask for a tip like "Alright sir and it's just gonna ask you a quick question" and it's always "tip 15%/18%/20%" like what. They did not come serve me at my table or pretend to flirt with me for more cash. Why they getting 15% of my 7.25 frap. Also why do they act so bashful when they show me the tip screen. It's always "haha it's gonna ask you a question" or they self-defeat by letting me know that it's TOTALLY OPTIONAL. And they look away while I select NO TIP because they know what they are doing. The cool baristas skip it for me hahahahahahahaha. They are one on a million tho. Also peep that ant I saw in the planter outside of the store.“

“My first review for the year January 1st 2022. And of course I'm at Starbucks coffee. The Starbucks is located in east Palmdale in the Target shopping center. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoy my coffee here. The customer service is good and the place is kept clean. It is very festive in a lovely music to play in the background during this time. Thank you so much for all the great coffee and the great service.“

“Just today I walked in to a very nice lady. I asked for their typical vanilla bean infused with strawberry syrup (which tastes exactly as you think) but she recommended me her own spin on the drink. She said it was like a “milkshake”I agreed, She finished it fast, and served my drink. I took my first sip and knew she hit the mark. It was soft yet thick, and actually tasted like a strawberry shake. I’ve tasted shakes with strawberry syrup and they end up tasting like ice cream with a weak flavor. This one was goodThank you lady. It was very good.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks , I never have any issues with my orders . Most of the time every employee has a nice attitude & I definitely understand how frustrating it can be when it’s so busy but my favorite worker is Max. There have been times where I’m having a bad day & just interacting with Max has made it a little better. Max has always been so kind - he has such good energy and always smiles every time I go to the window . It’s gotten to the point where I can tell he is taking my order . You can tell he genuinely cares for people ! Small conversations while waiting for my order , and his amazing customer service really makes my day!“

“Decent starbucks. Staff I nice. Keep the homeless out of there they are not smart an the black girls that come here are a waste of time in my opinion. I love buying things for myself it's fun. Working hard to have fun. Yummy strawberry refresher.“

“We stopped coming here a while back because they were rude, and the store was dirty. We came on Sunday and the service was night and day. The vibe was great even though they were busy. The Manager Eazy (pretty cool name) took the time to sample the new drinks since we couldn’t decide what to get. I also want to say, Ive never seen a Manager be on the frontline with his employees. That was cool to see! We are definitely coming back when in Palmdale. Thanks guys“
