“I love coming to this store 99% of the time they have great employees who make you feel welcome and rarely make mistakes they even remember your order if your a regular! I'd recommend this one over the one by the hospital or in Albertsons any day.“

“Starbucks is a household name for many people. Instantly whenever you see the logo or read the name you think coffee.
This is the first time I have seen one designated as a drive-thru.
They are remodeling and have plenty of outdoor seating for people to enjoy.
However, the real experience for me was the service and the people inside.
Andrea was a complete pleasure to meet. She instantly helped me find a drink that I knew I would love, she didn’t hesitate to help me with all of the POS systems transactions and even make sure that I made the most out of my gift card. Thank you Andrea for making me feel special.
Angie she was a whole Nother level of awesome sauce because I don’t think I’ve ever had a caramel crunch as good as the one she made.
Des you have a great crew here. Shout out to the team leader. Thank you for greeting me with a big giant smile. Even though my transaction took a little longer she never complained to any of her coworkers to hurry either of us up.“

“I don't know why, but from all the Starbucks in California, this one always feels right. People here are sincerely nice and welcoming. I'm not from Lancaster, I only drive through many times. I was working there for 9 months, but in general, I travel all over California. And as I said, this place feels like home. Thank you to all the nice people who work there and are so nice. Always.“

“This Starbucks is the closest one for those that live near by but the lines can be quite ridiculous especially when coming to grab your morning coffee and you are in line for over 20 minutes because there is only one barista to take orders and make orders. I don’t believe that is right to the customers or baristas. All of the baristas are very nice.“
“I recently had a bad customer service experience at this location. My cashier performed way below what we typically expect from the Starbucks brand.
JuJu, the onsite manager was very helpful and considerate. I discreetly pulled her aside to explain my experience in detail. She agreed that it was not acceptable and offered to make up for it. She assured me that she would properly address the employee at the most opportune time. I greatly appreciated her good gesture. She exemplified the exceptional customer service that Starbucks is known for. One bad apple does not always spoil the whole bunch. Great Job guys!“

Hearing his cheerful “Hello, this is Connor!” always brightens our day. Even though this location isn’t close to our home, we gladly go out of our way because we know we’ll always be treated with kindness and warmth whenever Connor is there.
