normally yes, but this morning was horrible. I got in a maybe five car line at 6:50 and did not get my order until 7:10. heard the barista apologize to the woman in front of me and offer something on the house , but when I got to the window I waited to be acknowledged and then got zero explanation. I don't mind paying for my food when it's done right but I feel like I deserved the same courtisies as anyone else who waited just as long. not to mention my brownie was ice cold.

The last 4 morning I went at 4:20am .They open at 4 am and everyone I went they said they weren't taking orders because they weren't ready. How are you not ready for business at your open time. Get your employees together Starbucks.
