Ordered a venti Carmel brulee frap extra shot that's not what they gave me. I was disappointed i couldn't even drink it it was gross caramel something but it didn't taste right.

I must say, I am really disappointed by how bad Starbucks is now. Customer service used to mean something here. Quality used to mean something here. The people working there now need to improve their customer service skills. It really is a skill and they’re horrible at it. The “supervisors” are children. They’re rude. They don’t make you feel welcome. Managers, do your job. Train your people. I would not recommend this place to anyone lol.

Went through the drive thru to order a medicine ball when I was sick. I could barely talk, obviously sick, and the lady said “speak up”. She didn’t say “excuse me” or “im so sorry I can’t hear you”. She said “speak up”. Then she decided to tell me AFTER I ordered that they’re only accepting payments through the app. These people need more training. Every Starbucks out here is trash. Make coffee at home or Go to Dutch Bros on Ave I. They care about customer service.

I went to get a cup of coffee and Carmel apple spice and I asked for cream and sugar she got an attitude with me like I was bothering her. I go there a lot and they always seem like they have an attitude problem.

1-They no longer have power outlets. 2-Felt judgmental attitudes from the workers and negative vibes. 3-They didn't steam the heavy whipping cream, so my custom hot espresso drink(Cafe brevve) was not very hot at all, and they weren't even busy. Service was alright. I've had way better experiences at other Starbucks in the same area. Would not recommend this particular Starbucks early morning

I feel stupid...that I wasn't able to use the restroom to just change..being a native here in Lancaster that's one place I would think they would let me change...sorry Starbucks not everyone who comes in is a bum...smh

A lot of the people in these reviews don't realize that this store isn't responsible for the shortages of supplies that they experience- that's all on corporate. The managers at this store are some of the best i've ever met/seen, as someone who worked with starbucks for 4 years myself. this store is amazingly clean, friendly, efficient, and practical/ideal for studying. I finished a certification program in under one month at this store. Sure, they get busy. But if you were expecting coffee that's ready the second you're done ordering, go to 7-eleven. This is a coffee shop; with real humans, real coffee, and real machines. If a machine breaks, why are you yelling at the baristas that are trying to overcome that obstacle to get you your items?? I swear the people in these reviews are convinced that people are breaking machines or running out of supplies just to ruin their day specifically. HANDS DOWN the best starbucks in the AV. Jen, thank you so much for everything you're doing in this store and community
