I dont go often, and I dont know if it was just yesterday, but the food was (to put it kindly) not good. Dry wings, hard almost burnt tots, cheese sticks old tasting and hard fries (not crispy, but hard...how do you screw up fries?). Service was great and Manager was accommodating and replaced the cheese sticks, so, thanks for that
We had a party of 6. Our server never showed up to take our order until I had to get an employees attention and let them know, that know one had not even taken our drink order. Very unorganized establishment. Seems like the managers and employees don't know what they are doing.

This is the most disappointing bdubs we have ever been to. As soon as we get there, our server goes on break and the new server never put our order in or checked in. The usual server comes back and forgets our silverware, brings us cold food, and half our drinks absolutely did not have the tequila we asked for.
