Oder thru the drive thru.. service a bit slower than other Jack in Box restaurant..But it was ok .food didn't feel so fresh..but it was still good to eat.. service was alright ☺️
We went when they were servicing drive-thru only. And although we were on bycicles,it's the only drive-thru that'll attend to us. Anywhere else they've turned us away & refused to take our order.

Evelyn was manning the drive-through and was snippy while taking the order. Absolutely no proper customer service, even when we tried to joke with her to help her smile. She didn't seem to know what she was doing and just didn't want to be there.
