I asked to use the restroom and was denied entry, the girl in the front told me it was out of order and I sat there and watched the employees use the restroom, as I waited for my food.

For Starters They never have any kind of change to break $50 I just left their driv-thru ordered food expecting to enjoy a meal & my order of food was more than $25 with tax Not mention there graveyards crew members are even more inappropriately rude unprofessionaly oriented & by far the laziest laziest laziest graveyard workers at this jack in the box this by far is definitely definitely worst JACK IN THE BOX Wouldn’t recommend for travelers or residents that live near by TRAVELERS STOP AT ANOTHER JACK IN THE BOX WITH A 5 star review don’t waist ur time stopping at this one

The employees at this place are very disrespectful, even when they give you the wrong order they try to blame you, they are very slow and the food is always lukewarm.

I'm hopeful that the service was due to someone having a bad day? I even asked if the employee was ok due to her attitude about taking our order. To be clear she did take the order with the least interaction as possible. The atmosphere was less cordial than you'd expect. We went inside due to needing to use the restroom. Food was fine, it was hot and done quickly. Didn't California just increase the minimum wage for fast food workers?
