Other over the top options include the tri tip plate, ox tails, shrimp po' boy, burnt ends, meatloaf, smothered pork chops, and fresh fish. Must-try sides include the greens, potato salad, mac & cheese, sweet potatoes, string beans, cabbage, greenbeans, mash and gravy, and yams. The banana pudding is a must try. The food is at a really good price for what you’re getting. The staff are all so kind despite a rush, and the atmosphere feels like going to a friend's house for lunch.
