The food is great, with steak cooked to perfection, juicy salmon, and incredible pork chop. Appetizers to dessert are delicious. Saizon offers excellent food and great service with a lively atmosphere. The weekend brunch is highly recommended, with great food and drinks. Saizon is one of the top restaurants in Fresno. Any fish you take is not only beautiful but absolutely delicious! The food, ambiance and service were excellent. The salmon and halibut were satisfying, especially with the creamy corn sauces and bits of lobster. The bao appetizer was good and satisfying. The mocktail selection is charming, with perfectly balanced flavors and candied cashews. The ice cream sandwich for dessert is not to be missed. The staff provides PRE-hydration, refilling water glasses instantly. The design of the space is beautiful, and the outdoor patio seating is perfect.
