I love Saizon - I think it’s one of my top choices in Fresno to eat at for special occasions. I’ve been there many times and most recently it was for oysters and drinks. I think they have a really good menu. Their grilled oysters are to die for. I usually love the Truffle Mac and cheese, the chicken taquitos and the sirloin. The restaurant itself is beautiful - I personally love their patio that is always my first choice. Overall highly recommend!

Food and service were absolutely amazing. We ordered the market ceviche, the crispy bluefin, the pancakes, both French toasts, the chili verde omelette, summer frittata, steak and eggs, potato taquitos, and the shakshuka. We were on the patio, and it was hot as heck, and it was pretty dead in the restaurant, but otherwise everything was great.

Saizon offers a spectacular dining experience with reasonable prices. The beautiful environment and friendly service make it a regular spot for many. The food is great, with steak cooked to perfection, juicy salmon, and incredible pork chop. Appetizers to dessert are delicious. Saizon offers excellent food and great service with a lively atmosphere. The weekend brunch is highly recommended, with great food and drinks. Saizon is one of the top restaurants in Fresno. Any fish you take is not only beautiful but absolutely delicious! The food, ambiance and service were excellent. The salmon and halibut were satisfying, especially with the creamy corn sauces and bits of lobster. The bao appetizer was good and satisfying. The mocktail selection is charming, with perfectly balanced flavors and candied cashews. The ice cream sandwich for dessert is not to be missed. The staff provides PRE-hydration, refilling water glasses instantly. The design of the space is beautiful, and the outdoor patio seating is perfect.
