Papa Murphy's in Fresno

“Ordered 2 pan pizzas. One baked perfectly in the amount of time they recommended, the other took another 7 minutes to brown the bottom. Could just be because I cooked them at the same time WITH garlic knots. Anyway, they were delicious! And there was so much left over after 3 people ate at one sitting. I had pizza for breakfast the next morning, and there is still at least half a pizza left.“

“Super nice guy working. I could tell he was working so hard to keep up. Positive attitude even when being overwhelmed. Orders and swings kept coming in. The owners need to put more workers on this shift. I called in and my order took 45 minutes. Went to Target to kill time and waited another 20+ minutes when I got back. Monday night approximately 5:30-6:30 wait time. Left a good tip. I felt so sorry for the worker. I hope the owners see this. Seems mismanage.“

“I highly recommend ordering online. They can have more deals that I’m unaware of until getting ready to place an order. I usually always end up with a good deal. With the phones, they can be busy and put on hold for a while. Regardless, they are very friendly and have always showed me great customer service.“

Parking: It share. A parking lot with Skechers and couple furniture places with the dispensary as well.“

“Went in last night west shaw location 6/17/26 got a stuffed pizza added mushrooms extra didn't get none at all and a sausage and pepperoni pizza there was no sausage cheese bread tasted a little old but hey y'all did give me a free 2 liter Pepsi even after I said I don't think I ordered that definitely like the west shields one better“

“We came here on June 15 2024 in the evening time. We were greeted by a woman cashier. She was very polite and and offered clarification in which I was happy about. (I get anxiety when ordering things) She refered to another woman who was her boss and they were both very polite. My daughter watched as the worker was preparing something in the front and she smiled at my daughter and answered a question my daughter had. Customer service was excellent for being a Saturday night. The pizza was delicious. In the past I've always ordered the stuffed pizza and always the crust took up half the pizza. Not this time. It was made perfect. Crust size was proportionate to the pizza. This was probably the best of one of my encounters here. Kings canyon/peach location in Fresno.“
