Al-Hadara Restaurant & Cafe is a great Yemeni restaurant with authentic, flavorful food. Truly authentic Yemeni food with impeccable service and attention to detail. The food quality is outstanding, everything tastes fresh and perfectly cooked. The mandi is perfectly cooked, the meat tender, and the rice full of aroma. The bread is freshly made, warm, and delicious. The kababs are cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The lamb haneeth is exceptional—tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, served with rice, lemon, and a special sauce. The falafel is crispy on the outside, fresh, and very tasty. The mix grill plate is fantastic, including koobideh-style kabab, beef, and grilled meat pieces, served with rice, hummus, and salad. The vimto mojitos are so refreshing. To finish, the Yemeni black tea is excellent, and the baklava is fresh, sweet, and amazing. The restaurant is very clean, calm, and comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, respectful, and attentive. The service is excellent from start to finish. Generous portions. One of the best restaurants in Fresno. Highly recommended.
