Haven't been here forever. I think the location being hard to get into (next to Freeway 41) keeps me away. I had a Viola! moment (enter on Blackstone and drive around the back) and a craving for a chili dog, though, so here I am. Ordered a Firehouse Dog with light onion and subbed fries for the chips. Absolutely amazing customer service and even better food! We used Rocket Dog for the last Fresno State tailgate and Bre and her team were incredible! (Down to creating specialty appetizers) I had nothing but positive feedback from attendees...the LA Street dog and Mac and Cheese options were especially big hits. Great times! A big shout out and thank you to the Rocket Dog team!

The food was good. Went on a weekday around lunch and it was empty. The customer service felt a little off. Felt slightly rushed to order food, even though I'd never been there and was looking over the menu. At one point the cashier took a break outside, totally fine. But I guess no one was there to take her spot, so when we went in to ask for a box, it took a while before someone from the kitchen came out, confused as to where the cashier went, and there were other folks waiting...read full review
