IHOP in Fresno

“The place was a little busy, but the servers handled it well. Our server was friendly, patient, and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Drinks stayed filled and the service felt genuine, not rushed.

The food came out pretty quick and it was exactly what you’d want from IHOP. The pancakes were warm and fluffy, the eggs were cooked right, and everything tasted fresh. Nothing fancy, just good comfort breakfast that hit the spot.

One thing I noticed that stood out was the manager helping out on the floor. They weren’t just standing around, they were actually helping run food and checking on tables to make sure people were taken care of. You can tell the team works together there.“

“Jennifer our server was amazing.!!! We came for breakfast yesterday morning and her hospitality, her customer service, her kindness, she treated us like family. You do not get customer service like that anywhere at all anymore. She constantly came to check in on us, (family of 6) god bless her. Please if the manager is reading this, give this woman a raise and a promotion, this is the kind of employee you want to lead your team.
