Denny's in Fresno

“I enjoy Denny's early in the morning (3a - 5a) because it is quiet, the music is low, and the atmosphere is gentle and serene. I enjoy reading a book, making notes in my journal, and starting my morning with a nice meal and coffee.

Out of the several Denny's in the Fresno area that I have been to in the last few weeks, the waitress, Nallely (sp?) gave the best customer service. She was attentive without being bothersome and offered above the expected norm in service. She paid attention to how many creamers I took in my coffee, what flavor I preferred, and even offered more napkins before I had to ask because I had used one to wipe my glasses clean.

If I had to nitpick, I would say the over-easy eggs had a slight brown to them but the yoke was still runny so it wasn't over-hard. (The food still gets a 5-star review as well.)

I plan on dining at this location daily. Nallely was such a delight.

Everyone is ALWAYS so welcoming and they remember me and my order every time. The Mgr, Abel and the customer service rep, DeAndre are the best. They both are very attention to Detail And customer service oriented. They make Denny’s shine!“

“Jacqueline H. did a Awesome job with my family when we ordered our food. She was very professional when she took our orders. My medium/Rare sirloin steak came out prefert with onions and mushrooms. She needs to get a raise. Hope to see her soon again.“

“Eva was awesome. As a former server from the South where you only make $3/ hour I tend to have higher expectations of servers than most but I try not to be critical. Coming in we were offered to sit wherever we liked and were given the chance to look at the menu for a minute to decide our drinks. When the drinks were bright out we put in an appetizer and then food. Everyone was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of but not overly checked on. The manager made his rounds and helped out with drinks and clearing tables. This is an awesome place to eat. Definitely recommend. Thank you Eva.“

“I came in had a warm cup of coffee.and a apple crisp it took me to a happy place back home it was so good how my grandma once made it was so yummy the server Maggie was so friendly she had the best personality she so sweet fast and friendly I will be definitely coming back food restraunt has clean restrooms and just a nice atmosphere dennys on parkway is a go to place ☺️“

“I've been a loyal customer of Denny's for many years and have visited many locations in Fresno and when out of town. I must say that this location is by far my favorite the service is excellent! Everyone is respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, most friendly, accurate and most of all the place is clean. Compatantcy is what you get in all areas of a dining experience at this location (even though admittedly not the best part of town) this is the most satisfyingly consistent restaurant that I know of. Shout out to all of the staff but especially my main man Ashton he's very respectful and just has that intuition that makes a great waiter I don't think that he's ever forgotten one thing or has cut any corners (not that the other staff has messed up in any way) but this gentleman can and will go very far in the hospitality business! He's smart, talented and articulate like no other it's very hard to find someone that puts as much effort in a job well done and I truly do believe that he wants all of his guests to have a wonderful time whoever brought that young man up did a Superb job and should be proud of how he has turned out and that is a very fine young man. Every time I visit I always ask for him and when he's on shift I feel like everything's going to be wonderful and all is right at least for that lil bit of time that I'm there ok enough of my rambling keep up the good work and God bless!“
