Denny's in Fresno

“Seems to be like your average Denny's, although I can say I've never had an issue with the food quality here. I frequent this place because it's closest to home.
The reason for the five stars is due to the service. There is a standout employee at the location on Shaw and West in Fresno and her name is Mayra Chavez. On both my last two occasions she has been extremely welcoming and never hesitates to provide top tier service from start to finish. Denny's should be proud to have such a wonderful employee at this establishment and for that, I will keep coming back.“

“Came in late on a Thursday night surprised to find it packed. Busy is an understatement. Natalia not only kept her cool but kept a smile on her face!

Great service, friendly and welcoming. She really was great the whole time. All the way to us walking out the door.

“Coming in Christmas evening obviously there will be some minor issues. I ordered a t bone steak and was given a sirloin. ABEL THE MANAGER went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the situation. Still gave me the order that was wrong AND a Tbone and Free Drink.. I tried to tell him no and he INSISTED!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you ABEL I APPRECIATE YOU!“

“I've been a loyal customer of Denny's for many years and have visited many locations in Fresno and when out of town. I must say that this location is by far my favorite the service is excellent! Everyone is respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, most friendly, accurate and most of all the place is clean. Compatantcy is what you get in all areas of a dining experience at this location (even though admittedly not the best part of town) this is the most satisfyingly consistent restaurant that I know of. Shout out to all of the staff but especially my main man Ashton he's very respectful and just has that intuition that makes a great waiter I don't think that he's ever forgotten one thing or has cut any corners (not that the other staff has messed up in any way) but this gentleman can and will go very far in the hospitality business! He's smart, talented and articulate like no other it's very hard to find someone that puts as much effort in a job well done and I truly do believe that he wants all of his guests to have a wonderful time whoever brought that young man up did a Superb job and should be proud of how he has turned out and that is a very fine young man. Every time I visit I always ask for him and when he's on shift I feel like everything's going to be wonderful and all is right at least for that lil bit of time that I'm there ok enough of my rambling keep up the good work and God bless!“

“I came in had a warm cup of coffee.and a apple crisp it took me to a happy place back home it was so good how my grandma once made it was so yummy the server Maggie was so friendly she had the best personality she so sweet fast and friendly I will be definitely coming back food restraunt has clean restrooms and just a nice atmosphere dennys on parkway is a go to place ☺️“
