“Server was a little rude when she had to bring me more coffee in another cup, as the coffee had gotten cold in the first cup.. She slammed my cup down and walked away. I would not recommend the French toast, very soggy, and then with the butter on top, a no for me. I thought French toast was supposed to be crispy?!?!. Oh well. It was my birthday, so I dealt with it. Oh yeah, they are now charging a .50 cent surcharge when you order eggs.

“I’ve been to many Denny’s locations, but this one had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our food came out quickly and was cooked just right. It’s not often you get such great service at a diner, but this team went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!“
“Denny's needs to bring bread the old menu the liver and onions and rice a lot of the foods and vegetables they have taken away all the good stuff there we love I still love Denny's but bring back the old menu please with all the good stuff on there.“
“Jose, Daniela and the dish washer (older lady I forgot her name) are extremely attentive and moved with a sense of urgency. The food was amazing, perfectly seasoned and perfect, made. The dish washer lady was very sweet and made sure we had warm coffee. Jose and Daniela also made sure we were content during our whole meal.“
“Went to denny's last night Sunday night 11/10/ 2024 at 9:00pm the service was great the kids that worked that night were awesome I want to thank them, I wish I would have got their names. The food was good they came and refilled our coffee we took our friends out and we are elderly people and it was nice for them to treat us nice with respect. We will be back!“

“Denny's got us through the Covid pandemic, so get it through the new inflation Depression because you'll miss it if it's gone. The restaurant is pleasant, the atmosphere and music are soothing, the food is enjoyable with variety for everyone, the service is spot on, and the prices are as reasonable as possible--especially the AARP discount. DZ. Eggs now of days cost upwards of $10 I stopped in 3/25 and for roughly $12 I got a decent serving, super customer service from a young host and a male manager. Excellent guys 👍☺️ I will be back, great food from the cooks. I will recommend. Felt like customer service back in the 80'S and 90's just awesome. Fantastic price, great food, sensational customer service. Team needs a raise for sure. West and shaw location was beyond fantastic 😊🙏. I will be back,
