“Our family loves coming to Pizza Factory in Hesperia! You are openly welcomed as you walk in the door, the food and service is always amazing. Brandon is usually the employee that takes our order. No matter what time of the day it is he is always welcoming, has a great attitude and provides great service. Thank you Pizza Factory and staff for such a great visit last night.“

“The bad reviews confuse me. This is the BEAT Dominos in the whole high desert! Customer service and the pizza is always yummmmay! Kevin, you are also AWESOME!I recently made a comment about the car side timer and the GM (I believe his name is Kevin.. I also forget names 2 minutes after hearing them) actually made it a point to come say hi, introduce himself and wanted to make sure our experience is great and we have no issues in the future. (Even though we weren’t upset or mad.. just saying) They do an excellent job at this location and we’ve been ordering here since it opened. Idk if people are reviewing the wrong locations or what but we always have great experiences at this one.Thank you guys for all that you do! Thank you Kevin, you’re awesome man.“

“I've been here a few times in the past couple months and each time has been great. Obviously things can happen and go wrong but I've had great customer experiences here so far! The employees are always more friendly than nearby locations which is why I come here even though I live closer to a starbucks on Main. I'm the one that usually has my dog with me in a little grey car(: thank you!“
