“Good drinks for an ok price. Atmosphere is fun but very young crowd. Lots of seating and fun arcade games. Bartender serves his regulars before anyone else, but is nice and generous with the booze. Fire gin and tonics. Food isn’t too shabby either. Plus there’s a dog!!!“
“Vacationing at lake arrowhead walked into this awesome place for breakfast and had no clue .. but after the first bite of the breakfast burrito with steak I devoured it !! The wife had the omelette she also had a smile while eating - awesome taste and a great server named deanna- all fresh !!“
“The authenticity and quality of this restaurant is incredible. No restaurant located in a remote mountain town has any business being this amazing! This is some of the best Italian food I’ve had outside Italy. The restaurant is family run; (the restaurant is named after the region that the family comes from, which happens to be the same region of Italy that my family came from a century ago.) If you eat anywhere in the mountains this should be the top of your list.“
“This is everything we love from a local and loved place when traveling. It is quaint and warm inside in terms of atmosphere and food. Not a big place, and no high chairs from what we could tell- just a handful of tables. But we were fortunate and came at a good time and were able to sit downstairs and chat with the bartender the whole time with our 18m old. Kyle the Bartender treated us like family in his home and we had a great time.“
“Family owned business, Tom is great! Can ran a little pricey for the specialty donuts but worth the price! Regular donuts are a good portion as well, as their other items. They always have special order for donuts on holidays. Picked up Easter donuts this year, No disappointment for the kids here!“
“Always a great dinner and time out at the local dive. Don't be fooled. This place has a ribeye to satisfy the biggest cowboy appetite. (The Duke would approve.) Back patio hosts live music with some pretty decent bands to boot. Staff is always friendly and attentive. If you love great food, amazing drinks, great staff, and a friendly small town vibe, this place is for you.“
“Good beer in a cool spot by the lake. Flights of 4 are available, and they have fun games to play while you drink. Bartender was very nice, we accidentally spilled a 4oz taster beer and he gave us another one at no charge. The Scorpion Bowl Sour was my favorite, the Flatlander Blonde is also solid.“
“Been going here for years, decades really. Food is always spot on and the people working are always kind and welcoming. Don't let the line stop you. You can call the order in or wait there but the line usually moves pretty fast. Try it out. You're gonna like it.“
“As someone who was nicknamed BoBo in childhood and called Bourgeois Bohème (BoBo) by a Frenchwoman as an adult, I must say the pizza here was right up my alley... I even gave two slices to the homeless man camped just outside the restaurant, and he just ate it all up.“
“Fantastic homage to the illustrious San Bernardino High School baseball star, Mel Nelson. Featuring a patriotic aviation-themed atmosphere, excellent service, a welcoming environment, and a charming backyard area.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access“
“Ok so I enjoy and look forward to getting a coffee as I pass thru Crestline a few times a month .... Coffee is fine it is the service attention .. got my order yes but that was it. No friendly banter except between the 2 workers about their personal life. So there I stand there no " how are you ... nice day out ... what brings you up here... would you like to try our (Insert speciality item) Got my coffee walked out with threat ever growing feeling of "service industry uggg" Problem was I left tip on the screen for this all takes place prior to this cold shoulder approach to service. Will I go back .... Yes I'm a glutton for punishment Ps. I own a small food service business my team makes about 60-100$ per 4 hr event for I taught them the ever so painful art of communicating and winning the customer over.“
“Loved the food at Toni's! We came in for breakfast on a Saturday morning and it was the perfect quiet and cozy environment we were looking for. We ordered the chilaquiles and torta de asada and everything was delicious! We also had a nice view of Lake Gregory which added to the experience. The waitress was very kind and attentive too. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing by Crestline with cravings for Mexican food!“
“If you like gourmet burgers, this is the place to go. I hardly go to restaurants anymore unless they're top rated and even then we have been disappointed at times. The meat that is served in restaurants is often low-quality, probably because they fed the animals cardboard. Spade and spatula has that best probably grass fed beef around town. I would drive many miles for the hamburgers at this place. The service is always good as well. The owner puts her heart and soul into the establishment.“
“Great place to get your Big Bear style breakfast. Feels cozy and reminds you that you’re in the mountains. Delicious lunch and breakfast.Interior design is unique and inspiring. Easy parking and a lot of space inside. The serve in a to go package so you can start eating there and then go to your ski resort of your choice. The staff is friendly and welcoming.“
“I went to the drive through and ordered a green pork burrito and was pleasantly surprised when they got my order wrong, they replaced my order with a rellenos burrito and it was delicious, I had no idea they made a rellenos burrito, I will be ordering them in the future.“
“This review is for the lake and its surroundings. We visited in November and it was picturesque with the Fall leaf colors. There is an easy walking loop around the perimeter of the lake (around 2 miles) which allows for beautiful photos along the trail. There are two main parking lots which you pay through your phone. The fees were reasonable ($2.35 for one hours and $3.35 for 2 hours). There are a few parking spots on the street as well. I love how quiet and peaceful it was. Lake Gregory is not as busy as Lake Arrowhead so I didn't have to deal with the crowds and traffic. There is a boat house where you can rent Duffy boats, kayak, fishing equipment, paddle boats, etc. There is a fenced in dog park. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!“
“This place is SOLID GOLD. What a beautiful plate of food! Everything was fresh and incredibly flavorful, the portions were generous, and the owners were super friendly. Please do yourself a favor and get yourself a plate of vegan soul food from Nacho’s ASAP!“
“Went along for a relatively early dinner- the staff were excellent and friendly from start to finish. We had multiple people look after the table, without ever being intrusive. They were chatty, without being overbearing, and their recommendations were much appreciated. The food was great, simple but effective fare. Went for short rib at the waiters reco, and got a steak as, Why not?! Great experience, will return“
“Service was excellent. Food was hot and quickly served.Thier handed down recipes were a bit different than the recipes that were handed down to me. The atmosphere was fun and lively. But very loud. It was a Sunday that we were there, and that was when they serve. "All you can eat and drink buffet." Crowds of people were there, and it was very noisy.Wheelchair accessibility: I rode my scooter in the restaurant and was easily seated. I used the scooter when I went to the restaurant on my own and easily did my busines.“
“I think this place deserves five star first of all once I ordered my food it came really fast. I love how they did it so fast because I was starving! And I love how the food was so good the burger was great and I love how it Was so nice.- B.C., 9 yo“
“I had juror duty and tried their veggie plate and chicken + kafta plate, both were portioned quite generously. Service is very friendly. Food-wise, I actually prefer the veggie plate because it comes with a better variety of sides and has great value! Although the pita is a bit stale and hard to chew, my favorites are the grape leaves, falafels, fried eggplants, hummus, kafta kebab, and garlic sauce (was not included in the veggie plate). Everything was served fresh and I would highly recommend!“
“Always friendly and quick service. My go-to is the Thai Milk Tea, or if I want some caffeine then Coffee Milk Tea. I'd say out of most other tea shops that I've been to, I tend to like the boba from here best. Something about the texture or not sure really.“
“Tasty ice cream and Mexican treats! I have tried their mango & chamoy ice cream and tosticeviche, which was my go-to this summer. The ladies are so lovely, and the atmosphere is welcoming!I'm looking forward to trying more yummy treats.“
“Nice quaint restaurant with delicious pho!! My wife and I had lunch here and as we walk to the car we both said “definitely coming back”.We order 2 Chicken Pho, Fried pork dumplings, and shrimp spring rolls. Place wasn’t busy and the food was out pretty quick. The day we came the smoothie lady just stepped out so we weren’t able to try the smoothies but that’s okay because we will be back.“
“I will say this pizzarea was indeed a good spot for games and the food is great, not bad. The sport bar is pretty good, you can watch your sports team in tv and cheer. It pretty good place.Vegetarian options: Although I don't oder from the vegetarion section, however I do see my folks order two types, one of them is a caesar saled not sure about other one; but I do know there is a decent selection.Parking: The Parking lot does have good space so it's not to difficult to find one, unless it's packed then yeah, but no.Kid-friendliness: There is enough games for kids to play, so they won't be bored. Their are also other kids to, So that's good to.“
“The customer service was very good. I've been looking for real ground beef tacos (pregnancy craving) I did a search as I was leaving work and this place came up. The tacos were very good this will be my go to place for ground beef tacos.“
“Great place! One of the last traditional mountain restaurants. Food tastes great relaxed atmosphere. Special thanks to Ricky and Beto for their hospitality and friendliness.Kid-friendliness: Nice family restaurant! Lots of tables and room for families and large parties. Call ahead and Ricky and Beto will set you up.“
“This place is amazing came by because I needed a pick me up to a really rough morning with my pets. I found out they were actually closed for another half hour. But the wonderful co-founder Tansu of their store, still opened their doors to me. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tansu. Let me just say it's refreshing to hear someone realize how amazing our city can be. If we just put showed some care into others and our city. The shop has a nice amount of seating where you could get read book And the tea is FIRE! Not too overly sweet but just enough Please support SB!“
“I've read some mixed reviews on this upper-village landmark, but let my first observation be that it's great to have the place back open after agonizing over its untimely closure and ultimate fate after the structural damage inflicted on the property during last year's harsh winter snowstorms! It was our family's first trip for the year, and we were relieved to find our favorite mountain pizza joint back up to speed and in good order. With a hungry party of six, their 24" Super Pizza immediately jumped out as our go-to size - and it definitely satisfied our pizza-loving crew's cravings (as well as providing a midnight snack later that evening). The pizza - a half cheese, half pepperoni - was cooked well despite its massive size, and the crisp crust was definitely a crowd pleaser. The pie was neither overly sauced, greasy, nor unevenly cooked, as can often be the case with pizzas of such a large size. Two thumbs up was our group consensus! Not everyone in our crew is a pizza fan, so we also ordered a turkey sub which was an additional home run. The roll was flaky and soft with a generous portion of turkey and the obligatory garnishes of shredded lettuce and diced tomato, making the sandwich a treat for both the eyes and stomach. The side of coleslaw was also good, though only one of several options available, so french fry lovers need not despair. Waiting for our pizza to cook, we also ordered some mozzarella sticks and a pitcher of beer to enjoy while sitting out on the patio overlooking the lower village and beautiful, blue waters of Lake Arrowhead beyond. The mozzarella sticks arrived piping hot and crispy, which is important if dining outside on an early March afternoon. Things can cool down quickly - especially when a brisk breeze mixes with Winter's receding chill - but who can resist the crisp mountain air and serene ambiance this location provides? Of course, there's plenty of warm seating inside AND a small arcade for those with a desire to feed quarters to the hungry machines. :D We had a great time enjoying some fantastic faire and left with no complaints. Prices appear to be a little higher than down below, (what isn't in our current economy?), but this mainstay of the village is still worth a visit while in the area! If you've never visited, grab a table on the patio and enjoy a truly capital dining experience!“
“We were greeted immediately and seated. Very friendly folks. The food came out very quickly after ordering. Surprisingly fast. Everything looked and tasted great. Good attention to detail on the preparation and presentation of everything. We all had breakfast but we'll definitely try lunch next time we're up here.“
“Been here several times and haven’t been disappointed, food is cooked to perfection I ordered the Chile Relleno plate very delicious not to maintain the Chicken quesadilla it was very tasty and cooked just right , All Authentic Mexican specialty plates to choose from come in and try them I guarantee you won’t be disappointed and the prices very very reasonable prices too.“
“It's a small and cozy ice cream shop, the workers were great, there weren't many people when we went there, but there's an array of different things you could get besides icecream. Very cute place, although i prefer the regular churro over the oreo one. But overall great!“
“The staff were real sweet hearts to me at this location: good manners, kind, attentive, high on courtesy & care for the customer...at least as of the date of today's visit. I recommend this location above other STARBUCKS nearby... Because, their kindness & caring is really “
“An excellent restaurant for a nice dinner. Their steak and fried are both very good. The best though is their cheesebread and dipping sauce, which is a house made marinera. Literally the best I've ever had. They also have a good selection of wine and the staff is very friendly. We visit here periodically and have enjoyed it everytime. Hopefully they will have some new things on the menu to try next time.“
