“I wanted to leave some positive experience regarding this Carl’s Jr. experience. I was going through the drive thru with an insatiable craving for an Oreo milkshake (that I used to drink once a week growing up as a kid). However, today I had my two best friends with me so I asked the lovely cashier Sinaith if there’s any chance to split the milkshake into three small cups to share with my friends. They said they have smaller cups for water so I assumed I could split them up myself. As I approached the window of the drive thru I was met by the lovely Tanya who handed me a tray with THREE SMALL CUPS all individually portioned for me and my friends of Oreo milkshakes - even with the added whipped cream on top of them! “Any customer not satisfied of their service or see a worker not washing there hands or not doing there job right ask for the manager to correct the issue the owner broke his leg so it the son running it he goes back and forth taking care of his dad and work an every worker get the job is drug tested an if any customer thinks a worker on drugs let the management know an they will drug test that employee at the end of the day what matters most to family basket is every customer leaves happy an satisfied and if you have any problems with family basket just talk to the manager they will refund your money have your food remade by another cook an answer any concerns that might prevent you coming back we value every customer and we want every customer coming back.“

“First I review is being posted late. My experience at this Carl’s Jr. was supreme. I had the pleasure on working with a manager by the name of Melissa . I believe she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct because I’ve had so many mess ups on orders. She greeted me with a smile. She was very polite. She was outgoing. I did have to part for my order and she apologized for the time the experience with her was just wonderful. My food was fresh. It was as I ordered perfectly. I just want to give kudos to Melissa and the crew that was working the day that I came through the drive-through. Thank you so much Carl’s Jr. for employee and employee manager like Melissa . At other Carl’s Jr.‘s, that was horrible from customer service to the restaurant itself. This one on Chase Road is always clean. I always get met with a smile wonderful customer service and Melissa just stood out from all of them. She is truly a shining star. Thank you so much. I now wait until I’m almost home if I want Carl’s Jr. to come to this one.“

“Breakfast was really good, I had an omelet, and I was able to pick and choose what veggies and meat I wanted to add to it. The service was phenomenal, I don't remember the gentleman that helped us out, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meals, which in turn made our experience even more delightful. We will definitely be coming back. 😄“
