“My family and friends love Douglas burger it is our go to place when friends and out of town family members come to visit we also have fiends with street rods we used it once a month for our cruise nights. They have a very nice variety of foods and generous portions one order Is usually enough for two people I have lived here 33 years it seems like it has always been here I highly recommend them“

“Good food, but there’s NO FRICKING BAG HOOKS IN THE WOMENS RESTROOM!! I had to literally tie my purse from the ceiling of the bathroom cause there’s no way in hell that I’m putting my bag on the grimy floor. PUT SOME DANG HOOKS IN THE RESTROOM. (Also food is expensive)“

“One of my favorite spots for good old diner food. Best burger pack in town. Also they are always so friendly. It can get busy here but it's so very worth it. The food is always hot and fresh and they always have a bunch of different specials going on which makes your dollar go much further. Also has cash discounts.“

“The restaurant is very clean and the food is always fresh and healthy. The staff, including Lourdes, Priscilla, Madi, Maria, Caesar, and Vincent go out of their way to make my eating experience a whole lot of fun. That's why I eat there twice a week!!! Thanks everybody!“

“Good was okay, Burgers seemed precooked and reheated little dissapointing.. place was dead empty literally had to ask if anyone there no one up front at all or in kitchen area.Had Angus Maximus as pictured with no cheese or Mayo added jalapeños and mustard.“

“Delicious food. I got the burger salad and it was great. I would ask for half the amount of dressing next time, though. The fries with the burger in it was great, too! My sons said that it was their new favorite burger spot. Too bad they are over 45 minutes away.
A little pricey, kinda like 5 guys.“

“I absolutely love the food. The kids are friendly and great at the ordering. We do eat here on a regular basis. Now the but...I believe it could be cleaner, sweep the floor and clean the tables. We ate in and the several tables that were open were all filthy, which offered no where to sit. I did go and let the front know and it took a good 20min or more for someone to show up and clean. Even when busy as it was....clean customer space is imperative. This is not the first time. I will stick to drive thru for now.“

“Unprofessional Behavior from staff , Evident descriminatory behavior for customer in drive thru, Extended unnecessary wait time in drive thru 10 min before acknowledging customer in drive through and order then another 20 minutes to wait for only a drink order only 1 car ahead of me no cars behind when asked for Managers name bullying customer would not give name and told should of come in. I chose drive thru for disability this is descrmination cost 1/4 tank of Gas to be treated unprofessionally, bullied and discriminated against and just out right ignored in all respects“

“Our family has been coming here occasionally over the past decade, mostly for desserts. Today we needed a last minute ice cream cake for our daughter and dropped by to snag one. However, we forgot that we would have to make another stop and it would melt and we were afraid to not grab it since it might be gone by the time we come back. The cashier, Jack, immediately offered to hold it in the back freezer for us so we could run our errands and return. When we came back, they were busy, but he instantly recognized us and grabbed it for me. Not only that, but his interactions with customers was very friendly and personable. I have never had such great customer service here. Thank you Jack!“

“My son chose to celebrate his 10th birthday at this Lake Elsinore Habit Burger Grill because it’s his favorite place to eat because of their burgers. Staff and Manager were super welcoming and friendly! Despite it being a party of over 20 people with no notice our orders were all out quickly, fresh, and correct with no issues. Most of our family’s ordered the family box which is such a great deal in my opinion! It was some our family’s first time having Habit burger and they all enjoyed their food. Huge thank you to the staff that was working this evening, overall a very great experience!“

“Went in last night during dinner there was a bit of a wait. When we finally got sat the server came over and was very polite, she provided great service. My daughter was in a high chair and was making a mess on the floor and the manger stopped by to see how we where and how our service was and we apologized for her mess. The manger was not fazed and told us not worry about the mess that she would take care of it and to enjoy our visit. She was very polite and and made us feel welcome. It was nice not to be judged as we dont get to go out for dinner too much.
We will definitely be back thank you for a pleasant evening.“

“It’s good basically a bit more expensive than in n out but if you’re like me and hate to wait in lines full of 👀ppl 🙈 it’s well worth the extra bucks
There’s literally no one there but there should definitively be more bc it’s pretty much the same if not I’d say the burger is a bit better tasting the fries is where I’d say it comes down to preference I wouldn’t say in n out is better but I do like a thin fry every now and then but these fries are I guess what fries are supposed to be crispy outside and soft inside but they are not oily trust they FY🔥“

“This place was amazing from the food to the staff. Had the older burger joint style feel and the burgers were delicious. Was a little pricier than I had hoped but it also wasn't ridiculously priced. 100% would eat here again because the food is worth it!“
