Amazing. But let me start with location, country western vibes what a better scenery for and asado(BBQ) staff was friendly Florencia was accommodating supper friendly. Then Dad And son combo Danilo and Juan chefs on Grill just having fun at the grill just beautiful we will be back ASAP it was great I highly recommend from a chef perspective FYI BYO( bring you own happy drinks) they only carry Soft ones if you know what I mean make a a trip scenery is nice. The Gauchos Catering Asado Argentino is a great place to spend the afternoon with friends and family. The food is awesome, with the choripan being delicious. Meats like the ribs, vacio, and pork belly are fantastic. The authentic asado bbq setup is spectacular, and el chimichurri is increible. The staff is awesome, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing. For events, the service is incredible from start to finish, with a professional and warm team. The food is outstanding, easily some of the best in years, and beautifully presented. It is a family-run business that delivers amazing food and heartfelt service. Highly, highly recommended for an elevated experience with mouth-watering bbq. Bring your own drinks.
