The Gauchos Catering Asado Argentino is a great place to spend the afternoon with friends and family. The food is awesome, with the choripan being delicious. Meats like the ribs, vacio, and pork belly are fantastic. The authentic asado bbq setup is spectacular, and el chimichurri is increible. The staff is awesome, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing. For events, the service is incredible from start to finish, with a professional and warm team. The food is outstanding, easily some of the best in years, and beautifully presented. It is a family-run business that delivers amazing food and heartfelt service. Highly, highly recommended for an elevated experience with mouth-watering bbq. Bring your own drinks.
