“Came in today and had the best experience!! They didn’t have what I wanted but the guy at the speaker was so kind and recommended his personal order, which was a caramel latte with oatmilk! The drink was so tasty and I enjoyed it with the limited biscoff donut. I don’t normally go to Krispy Kreme often due to it being a bit pricey but the 10/10 service I received today definitely makes me wanna go back! Whoever the guy working at the window was at 5:08 pm 8/16/26, you’re awesome!! I will definitely be back!! “Sadly, we had a horrible experience with one employee named Aiden. We ordered several drinks and food to go, but one drink was unexpectedly undrinkable. The coffee was burnt and tasted terribly bitter. I politely explained the situation to the person at the window and asked that the drink be remade. Aiden rudely implied that I did not know how the drink was supposed to taste and suggested I order something else. I calmy explained to Aiden that I order the same drink everywhere I travel and that I definitely know when it is done correctly. I then apologized for asking that the drink be remade and suggested that the machine was simply not working correctly. I was giving Aiden the benefit of doubt that he had done anything wrong. However, Aiden continued to argue the point with me and finally, begrudgingly, Aiden remade the drink. Unfortunately, the drink did not taste much better the second time. I ended up leaving with a drink that I paid for but instantly threw away just because I did not want to deal with the hassle of Aiden's poor attitude.
I strongly suggest that management either retrain Aiden for customer service or fire him

“The staff are very nice and friendly. The service was excellent! The location was convenient and clean. You have to ask for the code to use the bathroom, that is understandable. I ordered the Iced Protein Latte and chocolate donut bar. It was perfect treat after Mojave desert and Afton Canyon off road adventure, and cave exploration.“
