Never a mediocre meal

such a cute little family owned restaurant. great starters with guacamole and salsas and chips. we went as a big group and got the fish, carnitas burrito, salad, fajitas x 2. all were fantastic and a locals favorite. hidden gem. if you’re in the area check it out for a super authentic experience. the margs hit HARD. mostly tequila. great bang for your buck.

We recommend this restaurant highly! Their food, decor, and staff are terrific and we really enjoy going there. Their prices are reasonable, too, and it's a nice place to visit.

I bought dinner for my family (To-go), and they got everything incorrect. For example, they upsold me on chips because my guacamole didn’t come with it. They forgot the chips $6. They forgot my soup. They forgot the beans in my burrito, And the guacamole was brown. I spent a lot of money here as everything is overpriced to get incorrect average food. I will not be back and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking Mexican food in the area.

Love the people who operate this place and the food they serve! Some of the best in the area in my opinion. It's not the most elaborate or fancy decor but it does the trick and well worth going for all the other reasons.

I really enjoy the Latigo kid. Everything is great each time I go. The staff is attentive and helpful. There is always a table available and to top it off the food is great. I always get the shredded beef enchilada and chicken taco and I love it each time. There’s not much spice in those, which I like because I can eat it quickly but maybe I’ll add more spice to it next time.

My husband has been coming here for a long time and always talks about the fajitas. He was craving them so we went! He got the steak fajitas which is served with a side of warm tortillas, cheese, lettuce, pico and beans. I got the enchiladas suiza. Both plates were fantastic! Very authentic and the portion sizes were huge! We both either got soup or salad with our meal beforehand and chose the albondigas soup. He also had two margaritas which were fresh and strong (we like that in a drink)! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I have been going to Latigo Kid for 30 years and we love the food and the service. If you don't like the small side salad and then order something else to accompany your meal. Their portions are huge! I've been a fan of their chile rellenos and chile verde and my wife is a taco fan. Even my 90 year old mother in law is treated like a queen by the waiters.
