Just had early, Teppanyaki dinner with husband. The chef put out a show including a onion volcano and all. Fun night out and chef was friendly. I also had a baked mussels appetizer which was yummy. Whenever I go out to Japanese restaurant, I like to have hot sake and I absolutely loved the temperature of the sake at Yamato, Oops, forgot to take pictures.
I'm not sure why the reviews are lower, this place is really good!! I came here for my brother's birthday (party of 8) and we ordered pretty much everything. Everything was incredible because of our chef MARCO! He was amazing. The salad that came with every meal was incredible, the sauce to die for. The miso soup was one of the best I've had.
