Reviews for Acapulco

Acapulco, we have to meet in person in Mexico. If the food is like the meals served here in Alameda, then we can have an official first date before 2021. The portions here are hefty, enough for two. Worth the 20 bucks. Plus, there was 90s/2000s R&B playing, and let me tell you, Ashanti goes well with Pollo Asado. "Aww baby" with that freshly-made sizzling hot chopped chicken wrapped in that textured warm corn tortilla...what a part-tay! Sure, you are going to have to part full review
Tuesday lunch - did not see ANY other customers during the entire time we were there. Service was MIA; felt as if the waiter was avoiding us. Had to ask for more napkins (one had a suspicious hole gnawed out of it?), and a second tiny salsa dish to reach all 4 of us. The chips are served in a 5" bowl, and with the total 1/4 cup of salsa it costs $2.50 extra. And why did it take 30 minutes to get our food when we were the only ones in the place? Had the carnitas. It was delicious. Nice little place in the middle of town. Kind of your neighborhood restaurant. Has a small bar area and if you live by and want to watch a game with your friend (singular) not much room. Plenty of onsite restaurant parking and street parking.
