Local sushi restaurant on Bay Farm Island run by a Japanese chef (rare these days). We've both dined here and ordered to-go from here quite a few times for sushi cravings, a quick dinner, etc. Recommendations: - Salmon Salad: coming in two sizes (small and large), this salad is mixed with olive oil and topped with raw salmon and tobiko. Decent, but very overpriced sushi with tiny portions (e.g., avocado rolls are micro rolls). I don't get why they would charge San Francisco prices for a plain, Alameda strip mall location. I guess being the only sushi restaurant on Bay Farm, they can get away with it.

Food here is awesome. The happy hour menu gives a decent discount and worth checking out, especially for sharing a bunch of appetizers. Sashimi and rolls are especially good. Parking is plentiful and easy.
