The best hot and sour soup I've ever had, made even better by the addition of hand pulled noodles. I've been all over the Bay looking for the best dumplings and the XLB at Ark is my favorite. Their chow mein is also fabulous. Ark is definitely a hidden gem.
Must tries / particularly good here:
- Dry fried chicken wings
- Egg braised tofu
My other favorite items to order:
- Green onion pancake (very crispy and fried)
- Cumin Lamb
- Chicken chow mein (not hand pulled, just the normal version)
- Dry Fried String beans
Menu is quite extensive so I’m sure there are other hidden gems we haven’t discovered from here!
