Was craving a hotdog for the past few days and wala, while taking a short stroll up Park Street I ran into this hidden gem. The lady behind the counter was nice and very talkative which I found inviting to where I ended up eating my Chicago Dog and soda there. The dog It's self was skimpy for the $6 and some change I paid for it. But hey, based on this joints location what are you going to do about it?
If you are looking for a benchmark hot dog in Alameda, look no further. Whether it's chili cheese or Chicago style they got you covered. Nothing crazy mind you, but this place has been here quite awhile. Nachos and chips, fountain soda and (thank God) bottled mineral water. Fits 14 on the inside and six out side.
