We had dinner at this quaint Dim Sum restaurant last night. Proprietors are a young Chinese couple, their dim sum dishes rivals some of the fancier larger Chinese restaurants. And at a much more reasonable price. We highly recommend Dim Sum Best of Taste to anyone interested in a good hearty dim sum (small plates) meal. And we would definitely come again next time we're in Alameda.
Pleasantly surprised by how good everything is here! The staff is super nice and helpful about my son’s food allergies, and I heard them helping another customer out with their food allergies as well.
The atmosphere is definitely more “boba shop” than “dim sum restaurant,” which was kind of nice because it made it much quicker. I wish they had tea service though.

As someone who just moved to the neighborhood and is currently 9 months pregnant, I was craving some good Dim Sum. Decided to take a chance on Uber/Postmates delivery. I was blown away and pleasantly surprised. Food can warm and toasty and the food is AMAZING! Will definitely come back in person to try more options. This is the best Dim Sum thus far and will be my newest pregnancy craving moving forward. The dumplings are SO GOOD! Presentation, Quality, flavor etc. with soy sauce...
