I mean it’s an icon and this place saved my sanity during the pandemic. Restaurants kill themselves trying to be this consistent and beloved. Watching the team work through the drive through is a masterclass in operational management
Sadly, the ice machines were out of ice, so I was stuck with a warm drink. Out of most In n Out restaurant, this is the only one late at night that has a safe feeling to it. In n out food is always the exact same quality no matter how many times I've had it. You definitely don't have to worry about your favorite order being different every time.
