We had a great experience today! Friendly staff and absolutely amazing drinks. iTea has the best boba in my opinion - perfect texture and sweetness level - and they really know how to brew tea.
Love this place! My go-to for boba! Staff is also usually friendly except for a couple who seem to have no customer service skills. Also, some of the drinks are hit or miss in my opinion on flavor so it is only 4 stars.
I ordered the Y8 Lobster Ball at Itea Alameda, but it was very hard to bite and seemed over-fried. Unfortunately, I could barely eat it. I hope next time the lobster ball can be cooked more gently. Overall, I really appreciate the good service and enjoyed all the other items I ordered.
