I love the frosty litchi. I get it every time I am back in the Bay. The service is quick and no nonsense. The food items are great too, I especially love the squid balls which are seasoned perfectly every time.
After a fun round of mini golf, we arrived just before closing time, and the staff welcomed us without hesitation. Despite the late hour, they treated us warmly, making us feel completely at ease. The team was fantastic, and the boba was equally impressive.
I always have loved this iTea location, love their drinks and food. Been a customer since 2018 and never had any problems with the food up until today.. I ordered a popcorn chicken and took my first bite and realized the chicken tasted off. Like it was expired chicken? I took another bite of another piece and it was also the same spoiled taste. I ended up throwing all of it away because it didn’t taste right. I hope the next time I order this it won’t be old (or something)...
